How to find
- Ith Runes may be among the extra Runes that the Countess drops on any difficulty.
- An Ith Rune is one of the rewards for completing Hellforge on standard difficulty, with a 1 to 11 chance of dropping one.

Effects
- Unless it was previously higher, an item socketed with an Ith Rune raises the item’s level requirement to 15.

- To construct a handmade Hit Power helm, you can convert an exceptional/elite version (giant conch or basinet), a gem, an Ith rune, and a perfect sapphire.
- To construct a created Blood shield, you can convert a flawless ruby, an Ith rune, a jewel, an exceptional/elite version (barbed shield or blade barrier), and a magic spiked shield.
- To construct a created Caster belt, you can convert a perfect amethyst, an Ith rune, a jewel, and an exceptional/elite version (sharkskin or vampirefang belt).
- To produce a handmade Safety helm, you can transmute a flawless emerald, an Ith rune, a jewel, and a magic crown or exceptional/elite variant (grand crown or corona).
