How to play Cici:

Cici is able to move and use skills during her 1st skill to effortlessly kite tagets.

When Cici is at full stacks of Delight, use basic attacks on any enemy unit to maintain the stacks and the high movement speed and spell vamp bonuses.

Tactics:

Early game (level 1-7): In the early game, rely on Cici’s kiting with timely use of her 2nd skill and passive to skip circles around the opponent.

Mid and Late game (level 8+): After completing Cici’s build in the late game, the cooldown of her 1st will be very short and she becomes a great spit pusher who can speed to join the teamfight midway to finish off weakened enemies

Passive – Performer’s Delight

After delivering damage, Cici creates a stack of Delight, which stacks up to ten times and increases her Movement by 2% each time. Cici now obtains 30% Spell Vamp when stacks are full.

Skill 1 – Yo-Yo Blitz

The closest enemy in range is hit by Cici’s Yoyo, which she launches at them and locks onto them for 3.5 seconds, hitting them up to ten times and doing damage equal to 50 plus 4 (+0,0)% of the target’s maximum HP each time. During this attack, Cici can move and employ additional abilities.

Skill 2 – Buoyant Bounce

Cici hops to her intended spot. She leaps again in the direction of her target and deals 200 (+75) Physical Damage to any enemies she lands on.

Skill 3 – Curtain Call

Cici launches Yoyo in the direction of the opposing hero of choice, causing them to take 50% more damage, get 3 seconds of slowing down time, and deal 100 (+19) Physical Damage. Yo-Yo Blitz allows Cici to simultaneously attack both linked targets during this period. Cici will attack the target twice if there is only one inside Yo-Yo Blitz’s range, however the second attack’s damage will only be 20%.
