- Eth Runes may be among the extra Runes that the Countess drops on any difficulty.
- A probability of 1 to 11 exists for an Eth Rune to be dropped by the Hellforge on standard difficulty as part of its prize.

- To make a Caster shield, you can convert a perfect amethyst, an Eth rune, a jewel, and a magic small shield or exceptional/elite variant (round shield or luna).
- A handmade safety body armor can be made by transmuting a perfect emerald, an Eth rune, a jewel, an exceptional/elite variant (cuirass or great hauberk), or a magic breast plate.
