How to play Hanzo:
In order to unleash his ultimate and have access to far safer and more dependable ganks for his allies, Hanzo must gather jungle creeps early in the game. He can farm swiftly and securely because to his Demon Feast ability.
Hanzo excels as an assassin at locating weak and flimsy prey and swiftly dispatching them. In team battles, he should aim to flank the opponent back line with his ultimate, killing the marksman and/or mage, freeing his team to advance with little resistance from the opposition as a result of the targets he’s taken out.
Hanzo does not perform well in team fights due to his low durability and assassin nature, so he can divide push objectives on the flanks of the map when opponents are not engaged in combat. Once he sees opponents approaching to stop him, he can safely return to his body to make his getaway. Hanzo may draw opponent attention by pressing multiple sections of the battlefield with his team’s pressure and make it simpler for his teammates to engage in battle as the foes disperse to try to stop him and catch him.
Tactics:
Early game (level 1-7): Hanzo to focus on farming and leveling up while avoiding confrontations with enemy heroes. He can use skill 1 (Ninjutsu: Demon Thorn) to clear minion waves and deal some damage to enemies.
Mid game (level 8-12): Hanzo should focus on ganking and picking off isolated enemy heroes.
Late game (level 13+): Hanzo should stick with his team and focus on taking down high-priority targets such as enemy carries and mages while avoiding getting caught in the enemy’s crowd control abilities.
Hanzo Skills
Default
Demon Pneuma
Passive – Ame no habakiri
The Blood Demon turns the souls of adjacent units into Demon Blood when they are destroyed.
For every non-hero that passes away, Hanzo earns 2 Demon Blood, and if it’s a hero, he gains 20 Demon Blood.
Skill 1 – Ninjutsu: demon feast/Ninjutsu: Demon Thorn
Default:
Hanzo’s ability can briefly unlock this skill for 6.5 seconds after 5 basic attacks.
Ame no Habakiri is a technique Hanzo uses to ingest and slowly digest a target. Hanzo receives 10–20 Demon Blood as a result. (Only effective against Creeps and Minions. Lord or Turtle targets receive 500–1500 true damage.
Demon Pneuma:
Hanzo momentarily unlocks this skill for 6.5 seconds after each five basic attacks.
Hanzo burrows into the earth before lunging forward towards a group of foes, causing 300–650 Physical Damage (plus the target’s 15%–25% Total HP) and knocking them to the ground while earning 10 Demon Blood.
Skill 2 – Ninjutsu: soul reap/Ninjutsu: Devastator
Default:
Hanzo conjures demonic spikes, which deal 160–360 (+60% Total Physical Attack) instantaneous Physical Damage to the target area.
After 0.5 seconds, if an enemy is damaged, the skill will reappear, causing 40–90 (+15% Total Physical Attack) Physical Damage to nearby targets while slowing them by 40% until no targets are hit or the talent deals additional damage eight times.
He receives one Demon Blood for each unit he defeats.
Demon Pneuma:
As Demon Pneuma, Hanzo flies to the target area, causing 80–90 (+50% Total Physical Attack) Physical Damage to this region. (Can cause basic attack effects to occur).
If an adversary is hit, the skill will recur every 0.3 seconds until no targets are hit or there have been 8 repetitions overall.
One Ninjutsu seal, Demon Thorn, is released when you strike an opponent unit.
If you move, attack, or cast this skill again, the sequence will end immediately.
Skill 3 – Kinjutsu: pinnacle ninja
Gaining 25 Demon Blood, Hanzo transforms into Demon Pneuma and enters combat with a new set of fundamental abilities while leaving his physical form behind.
When Demon Pneuma runs out, Hanzo returns to his original position after consuming 10 Demon Blood each second. It can traverse terrain while in Demon Pneuma form and has an additional 35% Movement Speed and 30%–50% Attack Speed, although its Physical and Magic Defense are both 50–30% lower.
When Demon Pneuma is killed, it will be dragged back to Hanzo’s body, stun him for three seconds, and then weaken him for eight seconds (slowing him by 55%, reducing his physical and magical defense by 100%, and revealing their location); if the body is destroyed, they are both killed.
Choice: Demon Pneuma quickly returns to Hanzo’s body, or vice versa.
