How to play Floryn:

As a pure support focus on helping your teammates.

Use skill 2 (Sprout) CC to set up a kill for your enemy or use skill 1 (Sow) to heal your teammates.
Always check the map or your allies’ health so you’ll be ready when to use skill 3 (Bloom) to heal them.

Tactics:

Early game (Level 1-7): Help out your jungler in securing the buff and gank other lanes along with your teammates.
