How to play Kadita:
Kadita is a mage with high mobility and resistance to crowd control. Kadita can help her squad when team fights start by charging in alongside her friends and taking down adversaries with AoE damage and crowd control.
Tactics:
Early game (level 1-7): Her main focus during this stage should be to farm and level up as quickly as possible to gain access to her abilities. Kadita can use her mobility in the early game to poke and harass enemies.
Mid game (level 8-12): Kadita’s power begins to increase significantly. She should focus on building her core items to increase her damage output and survivability. Kadita can begin engaging on enemies, pushing waves and roaming to ambush enemies and help her allies.
Late game (level 13+): Kadita becomes a formidable force on the battlefield. She should continue to prioritize building her items and focus on staying alive during team fights.
Kadita Skills
Passive – Thalassophobia
Every 30s, Kadita is blessed by the ocean. After receiving damage from opposing heroes for 4 seconds, Kadita heals 65% of the HP that was lost during that time.
Skill 1 – Ocean Oddity
Kadita transforms into a mermaid and calls forth an ocean wave. Then, as she rides the wave, she does 300–500 magic damage (+90% total magic power) and slows the foes by 30%. She becomes immune to all crowd control techniques and suffers 50% less damage when surrounded by waves.
Use Again: She will quickly leave the wave, after which the wave will continue to move in the same direction. This ability disregards the barriers.
Skill 2 – Breath of the Ocean
To indicate a certain region, Kadita calls forth an ocean wave. The wave emerges from the earth after a while, dealing 350–500 (+140% Total Magic Power) Magic Damage and lifting an enemy into the air for 1.5 seconds.
During “Ocean Oddity,” Kadita is able to use this ability. She does this to release “Breath of the Ocean” where she is standing, which causes the waves to break more quickly.
Skill 3 – Rough Waves
Each wave that Kadita summons does 300–360 (+60% Total Magic Power) Magic Damage to all opponents it hits while also slowing them by 30%. Multiple waves will cause more damage to enemies. After that, the waves will circle around and head back toward Kadita, causing 200–240 (+40% Total Magic Power) Magic Damage to any foes they encounter along the way (enemies hit by numerous waves will suffer less damage).
For the duration, Kadita’s Movement Speed is increased by 60%.
