Fredrinn Mage Emblems Build:

Fredrinn Combo
This passive makes him a very good hero for turret dives as proper maximization of his combo points will help make it easier to use his skill combos.
It should also be noted that Fredrinn’s skills do revolve around combo points as only his First and Second skills can be used anyhow, as it helps grant Combo points needed to use his Third and Fourth skills (Ultimate ability).
So to activate his Ultimate ability, one must use his First and Second skills as they grant combo points.
Use Fredrinn’s Third skill against enemy heroes as this would not just provide decent CC against them but will help reduce the cooldown of Fredrinn’s First and Second Skill by 75%.

Fredrinn Skill
Passive: Crystalline Armor
85% of the damage Fredrinn receives will be stored as Crystal Energy that decays after 5s. He can convert the Crystal Energy into HP by 40% of the damage dealt within the duration.
Skil 1: Piercing Strike
Fredrinn thrusts his sword in the target direction, dealing 150/180/210/240/270/300 (+8% Total HP) Physical Damage to enemies hit and slowing them by 30% for 2s. His next Basic Attack gains extra attack range and deals 100/130/160/190/220/250 (+100% Total Physical Attack) Physical Damage. This skill deals 50% extra damage against non-hero enemies. Hitting a non-minion enemy with this skill grants Fredrinn 1 combo point(s).
Skill 2: Brave Assault
Fredrinn dashes in the target direction, dealing 250/270/290/310/330 (+30% Extra Physical Attack) Physical Damage to the first non-minion enemy hit. His next Basic Attack knocks the target airborne for 0.3s. Hitting an enemy with this skill grants Fredrinn 1 combo.
Skill 3: Energy Eruption
After a short delay, Fredrinn deals 400/550/700 (+50% Extra Physical Attack) Physical Damage to nearby enemies and taunts them for 1.2s. Hitting an enemy Hero with this skill reduces the cooldowns of Piercing Strike and Brave Assault by 75%. This skill costs 1 combo point.
Ultimate: Appraiser’s Wrath
After a short delay, Fredrinn slams his sword in the target direction, dealing 600/800/1000 plus 60% of his Crystal Energy as Physical Damage to enemies in a cone. Enemies in the corner of the area take extra Physical Damage equal to 450/600/750 plus 40% of Fredrinn’s Crystal Energy. This skill costs 3 combo points.
Fredrinn play Strategy
Gameplay
The first one looks like a ranged ability that slashes enemies. The ability has quite a long-range considering Fredrinn is a melee hero.
The second ability is a dash ability that can knock up enemies hit. It also deals continuous damage to enemies when the ability is used.
The third ability is quite interesting. It can only be used after gaining “Combo Points.” These points can be gained by using enough abilities or hitting enemies.
The ultimate can only be activated after stacking four Combo Points. The ability has a wide cone-shaped AoE (Area of Effect) range that damages enemies within its proximity.
