How to find

Amn Runes may be among the extra Runes that the Countess drops. Just on Hell or Nightmare difficulty.
An Amn Rune is one of the rewards for completing Hellforge on standard difficulty, with a 1 to 11 chance of dropping one. The highest level rune that can drop on a typical difficulty setting is Amn.

To produce a handmade Caster ring, you can convert a perfect amethyst, a jewel, an Amn rune, and a magic ring.
A handmade Safety ring can be made by transmuting a perfect emerald, a jewel, an Amn rune, and a magic ring.
To increase the weapon’s socket count by a random amount, you can transmute a regular quality unsocketed weapon, a Ral rune, an Amn rune, and a Perfect Amethyst.
To add a random number of sockets to a shield, convert a normal quality unsocketed shield, a Tal rune, an Amn rune, and a Perfect Ruby.
