How to play Balmond:
Use skill 1 (Soul Lock) to blink, slightly knocking back and slowing that enemy.
Use skill 2 (Cyclone Sweep) to deal physical damage to nearby enemies.
Use skill 3 (Lethal Counter) will help a lot in team fight.
Tactics:
Early game (Level 1-7): Balmond is really strong in the early game. If you cleared the line and the jungle, you may visit other lanes to help them kill or to push.
Mid game (Level 8-12: You can begin pushing lanes and killing turtles. You can now engage with team fights because you are now durable. If you are going solo please be careful, always check the map.
Early game (level 1-7): You are now very tanky at this point. You can now endure the attacks and skills of the enemy team while dealing some damage. Make sure that you live after the team fight so you could push and win.

Passive – Bloodthirst
When Balmond kills a Minion, Creep, or Hero, he recovers 5% of his maximum health and 20% of his maximum health.
Skill 1 – Soul Lock
Balmond charges in the desired direction, dealing 150–275 (+60% Total Physical Attack) Physical Damage to foes along the route, or until he strikes an enemy hero. The opponent hero hit will have a slight knockback and a 60% speed reduction for 2 seconds.
Skill 2 – Cyclone Sweep
Balmond continually deals 50–200 (+50% Total Physical Attack) Physical Damage to adjacent opponents for three seconds, up to seven times. If [non-minion foes] are attacked more than once, their damage will increase (25% damage per additional hit, up to 100%). Physical Attack’s portion of the damage can critically strike.
Skill 3 – Lethal Counter
Balmond swings his axe after a [0.5-second] delay, striking opponents in a fan-shaped area with 150 (+70% Total Physical Attack) (+target’s 30%-45% Lost HP) True Damage. Deals non-hero units up to 1000–2000 damage.
