How to play Ixia:
Ixia is a scaling hero and needs items to be useful in the battle so focus on farming in the early stages and avoid team fights as much as possible.
Use skill 1 (Dual Arc) to poke enemies.
Use skill 2 (Arc Helix) to pulling enemies to the center line after a short delay.
Use skill 3 (Arclight Barrage) in team fight and good for clearing lanes.
Ixia’s skill 1 deals double damage to enemies in the center, so use her skill 2 to pull enemies together before unleashing her skill 1 to maximize the damage.
Ixia’s skill 2 can knock back nearby enemies, so use it when enemies try to dive to keep the at bay.
Tactics:
Early game (level 1-7): Focus on farming to gain gold and experience. This will allow you to level up and build your items faster.
Mid and Late game (level 8+): Stay behind your teammates and attack from a safe distance.
Ixia Skills
Passive – Siphon Starlium
Ixia’s basic attacks and talents hit an enemy with a stack of Starlium Charge. Ixia will use Siphon Starlium in place of her Basic Attack on an enemy who has two stacks of Starlium Charge, dealing (+150% Total Physical Attack), (+200 Lifesteal), and (+10 Hero Level) Physical Damage to the target. Ixia only recovers 20% (+100 Lifesteal) of the HP versus non-hero troops, which is equal to the damage inflicted by Siphon Starlium. All foes in front of Ixia that are within the range of her Basic Attack can be targeted by Siphon Starlium, although it cannot critically strike.
Lifesteal cannot be triggered by Ixia’s Basic Attacks.
Skill 1 – Dual Beam
Ixia launches two Starlium-charged energy beams in the targeted direction, delaying enemy heroes by 40% and delivering 120-225 (+80% Total Physical Attack) Physical Damage to foes in a rectangle area. Ixia also receives a 3 second, 40% increase in Movement Speed after attacking an opponent hero.
Both lasers will deal double damage to enemies they hit.
Skill 2 – Star Helix
Ixia fires a canister of Starlium energy in the desired direction, causing 200–300 (+60% Total Physical Attack) Physical Damage while also pushing nearby foes toward the center line after a brief 0.5 second delay.
Skill 3 – Full Barrage
Ixia breaks her weapon down into six smaller pieces and goes into the Barrage state for four seconds. Ixia’s Basic Attacks and talents in this form only work against foes inside of a sizable fan-shaped region. Ixia’s Basic Attacks prioritize heroes and can hit up to six enemy units at once. Siphon Starlium will also fire in addition to Ixia’s regular Basic Attacks.
