How to play Lolita:

Lolita should go with her teammates.

Constantly use Charge! to harass and stun the enemies. Using Charge! efficiently and with proper support from Mage, you may also have a chance to steal the buff.

Save Guardian’s Bulwark for team fights.

Use Flicker to give surprise Crowd Control Effects to enemies only if you can easily escape from fight.

Use bushes for your advantage.

Tactics:

Early game (level 1-7): Level up Charge! first. It has mobility for escape, chase and damage. With proper coordination, the stun can help secure early kills for your team. Noumenon Blast can be used in ganking midlane or the solo guarded lane.

Mid game (level 8-12): Once you build your first full defense item, you can now be more aggressive in the frontlines and soak damage.

Late Game (level 13+): Always try to stun the main damage dealers of the enemy. You should zone out the enemy backlines so that your team will have a higher chance to win the team fight.

Lolita Skills

Passive – Noumenon Energy Core

Lolita obtains a 400 (+40 Hero Level) shield for 20 seconds after avoiding damage for 5 seconds. Within the next few seconds, any allied heroes who approach Lolita will also be given a shield.

Skill 1 – Charge

Within four seconds, Lolita sprints in the direction of the target and strengthens her subsequent Basic Attack. The improved Basic Attack stuns the enemy for 0.8 seconds, deals 200-475 (+100% Total Physical Attack) (+target’s 7.5%-10.0% Total HP) Physical Damage, and enables Lolita to leap to the victim’s location.

When used against minions, the upgraded Basic Attack deals 200–475 Physical Damage (+100% Total Physical Attack) and (+target’s 50% Total HP).

Skill 2 – Guardian’s bulwark

To stop all incoming ranged Basic Attacks and Projectiles coming from the target direction, Lolita raises her shield.

Use Again: When an enemy is struck by Lolita’s energy blast, which explodes on impact, it does 300–500 (+50% Total Physical Attack) Physical Damage to nearby foes. This damage is increased by 35% for each blocked attack, for a maximum damage increase of 210%.

Skill 3 – Noumenon blast

When Lolita starts channeling, her passive effect gives her a shield and slows all foes within a fan-shaped radius by 75%. Lolita strikes the ground with her hammer after 2 seconds of channeling, dealing 350-650 (+100% Total Physical Attack)-700-1300 (+200% Total Physical Attack) Physical Damage to nearby opponents and stunning them for 2 seconds.

Use Again: As soon as Lolita stops channeling, she swings her hammer to the ground.
