How to find

  • Dol Runes are among the extra Runes that the Countess may drop. Just on Hell or Nightmare difficulty.
  • A Dol Rune is one of the rewards for defeating Hellforge on Nightmare difficulty, with a 1 to 11 chance of dropping one.
  • A Chipped Ruby and three Shael Runes can be transformed into a Dol Rune by using the Horadric Cube. In non-ladder games, Dol is the highest rune that can be created with the Horadric Cube.

  • Hit Causes Monster To Flee 25%

Armor, Helms & Shields

  • Replenish Life +7

Effects

  • Unless it was previously higher, an item socketed with a Dol Rune raises the item’s level requirement to 31.
