You can use alternative items for Osiris as: Physical Protection, Magical Protection, Health, Crowd Control Reduction, HP5, Cooldown Reduction, Mana, MP5, Physical Power.
Osiris needs to focus on farming and build items in the early and mid game.

Osiris’s Ability
Passive: Fragmented
Osiris burns away a piece of his body each time he uses an ability, gaining Damage Mitigation for every piece that goes missing. After 8 fragments are lost, he assumes his ghost form. He may travel through adversaries and enemy barriers, and there is no movement restriction on his Basic Attacks. It remains in effect for six successful Basic Attacks.
Skill 1: Sickle Strike
Osiris flings his Sickle into the air. When an enemy is struck, it pauses and deals damage and slows them down. Throughout the Slow, the Sickle is present.
Skill 2: Spirit Flail
Osiris directs spiritual force into his flail, which he then swings at the desired spot on the earth. Hit enemies suffer damage, and Osiris moves more quickly. The strength and duration of the target’s Slow are boosted if an enemy is under the influence of Sickle Strike.
Skill 3: Judgement Tether
Throwing forth mummy wrapping, Osiris ties himself to any neighboring hostile gods. Over the following 4s, damage to hit targets is lowered. Targets that are far enough from Osiris can release the tether. When the period finishes, all targets that are still in range are stunned.
Ultimate: Lord of the Afterlife
Invoking his Passive, Osiris sheds any lingering pieces before launching forward. All of the opposing gods in the landing zone are Osiris’ targets, and he rips a piece of their spirits out, damaging them and stopping them from healing. During the attack, targets are Rooted for 0.4 seconds. Damage is also dealt to enemy minions in the targeted region.
