You can use alternative items for Nike as: Physical Protection, Magical Protection, Health, Crowd Control Reduction, HP5, Cooldown Reduction, Mana, MP5, Physical Power.

Early game you should farm and limit the fighting.

You can gank other lanes to provide assistance your team in mid game.

Nike strong in late when she has full items. You can confidently solo or fight with teammates.

Nike’s Ability

Passive: To Victory!

Nike establishes three targets for the squad to hit in order to get stronger. The Nike squad receives a Laurel after scoring a goal, increasing Power and Movement Speed. This laurel has a three-fold growth potential.

Skill 1: Rend

Nike strikes the ground three times, creating fractures that cause harm. A target loses defenses for 5 seconds if they are struck twice. A target is declared disarmed if it is struck three times. For the time being, Knockback has no effect on Nike.

Skill 2: Barrier Formation

In front of her, Nike summons a shield that deflects ranged Basic Attacks. Nike can turn only a little amount while her attention is on the barrier, but she is resistant to knockback. Nearby enemies are repelled by the barrier. Nike has a reload ability that she can use at any time to hurt adversaries in front of the barrier and collapse it.
