Tips and Tricks:
You can use alternative items for Thoth as: Magical Power, Magical Lifesteal, Health, Crowd Control Reduction, Movement Speed, Cooldown Reduction, Mana, MP5.
Thoth is very weak in the early game. So before level 5 you should just farm and limit fighting.
Mid game, Thoth becomes stronger and you can play more aggressive.
Late game, you should engage in combat with teammates and take the enemy team’s buildings.
Thoth’s Ability
Passive: Dead Reckoning
Thoth writes the names of his defeated foes in his book, noting their flaws. Thoth obtains a stack of 3 Magical Penetration after eliminating 20 enemies, and slaying an enemy god will finish the stack. Every four levels, he gains access to a new stack, with a maximum of five available at level 17.
Skill 1: Hieroglyphic Assault
Thoth summons three Hieroglyphs all around him while ignoring the restriction on Basic Attack Movement. His subsequent three Basic Attacks bypass enemies and deal Ability Damage in their place. These strikes’ range is extended by 30 if they go through the Glyph of Pain. This ability can only be used once per shot. Hitting an enemy god increases the damage they take from each successive shot by 15% and shortens the cooldown by 0.5s.
Skill 2: Evade and Punish
Thoth runs in the same direction he is going. After dashing, Thoth’s subsequent basic attack is improved for 5 seconds. While slowing all other enemies, this shot roots the first enemy god struck and delivers Ability Damage. The range of the Dash and Attack are each extended by 30 if they go through the Glyph of Pain.
Skill 3: Glyph of Pain
Thoth summons a Hieroglyph in front of him from his book. Projectiles using Thoth’s might will deal more damage and have a 30 percent longer range. Effects of items are not activated by this damage. Basic Attack projectiles fired by Thoth and allies also have a small damage boost, but their range is unaffected.
Ultimate: Final Judgement
From his book, Thoth summons a substantial glyph, and three more are inscribed at its corners. He sends all four onward after they have all been called, killing any enemies in their route. Thoth can use this power once more to launch it early, doing damage dependent on the number of glyphs that are currently summoned. He can also cancel this power at a cost of 30 mana.
