Skill 1: Celestial Beam

Ra conjures a moving, dazzling beam of light from the sky that harms anyone who comes into contact with it.

Skill 2: Divine Light

Ra begins to glow, stacking a Slow every.5 seconds on foes close to him and a Fast twice as often on those facing him. The light explodes after two seconds, dealing damage, adding another Slow stack, and lengthening the Slow period. When the explosion occurs, all foes facing Ra are also blinded.
