Kukulkan accelerates by using the wind as a route. This speed bump is substantial at first but progressively fades away over the course of 4 seconds. When activated, Kukulkan also purges himself of slows and gains immunity to slows for 0.6 seconds.
Skill 3: Whirlwind
Kukulkan directs a tornado toward his ground target. When an enemy enters the radius, a smaller tornado branches out onto them, dealing damage every.5 seconds for 2.5 seconds. This tornado can last up to 12 ticks and is replenished if an enemy remains inside the radius.
