Waterspout (skill 3) can interrupt air attacks and is immune to cc. You can use it to help teammates.
Waterspout (skill 3) will do more damage than your Water Cannon (skill 1) in early game and reverse towards the end of the game.
You can use Waterspout (skill 3) to push enemies into tower/phoenix.

All foes in front of He Bo are hurt by a brief burst of water that he fires from his palms. 15% more damage is dealt to Jungle Camps and Lane Minions.

He Bo releases the flood waters by unfurling his scroll in a line. On the sea, allies are resistant to Slows and move more quickly while opponents are Slowed.
Skill 3: Waterspout
He Bo summons a geyser, forcing it to erupt at his intended position with great force, damaging enemies while throwing them into the air.
