Maui’s Ability

Passive: Manaiakalani

An enemy god is tagged for the length of the CC and for an additional two seconds when they are Hard Crowd Controlled close to Maui. If Maui basic attacks a designated foe, his subsequent basic attack is strengthened. Any enemy gods hit by Maui’s improved Basic Attack are drawn to him. This passive’s cooldown is ten seconds.

Skill 1: Master Fisherman

In order to make his hook travel further the longer he charges, Maui spins it as he accelerates. The projectile is damaged and stops on first god hit when he refires. When Maui strikes a rival deity, he pulls them into a 1.5-second-long vortex that renders them helpless. Maui is always free to revoke this power.

Skill 2: Mystical Ulua

All ally gods within 35 units of Maui receive Protections and Movement Speed for 5 seconds thanks to an Ulua he throws made of magical water that explodes upon landing. A 10-second water pillar is produced by the Ulua. A bubble appears and transports an ally god to Maui’s position, where they are granted Protections and Movement Speed for 5s. If no ally is on the water and Maui leaves the aura radius, it is destroyed.

Skill 3: Solar Swing

Maui leaps, catches a ray of sunlight with his hook, and swings from it. Before leaping from the rope and slamming his hook into the ground to do damage and stun all nearby adversaries, he swings back and forth. Maui can renew this power whenever he wants while swinging to make an early leap.

Ultimate: Landfall

Maui chooses a location, gains immunity to CC, and then soars into the air. All of the adversaries in the area are knocked into the air and pulled in front of him as he launches his hook at the target region and pulls up an island. The island stays on the field of battle and prevents player movement for four seconds. Maui can use this power again to wipe out the island quickly.
