Skill: Determination

Rourke removes all current CC, and creates a 1200/1800/2400 shield to block damage and immune to crowd control. Also causes any attack or attack to convert 50% of the damage dealt into a bonus value for the shield.

Passive: Rourke’s crossbow fires a special arrow that causes enemy champions hit to lose 15/25/35 armor for 6 seconds, stacking up to 12 times. Just the two arrows in the middle of the four arrows can critically strike or activate the effects associated with the attack. The target takes [50% + 40% x (number of arrows hit)] total physical damage
