Max’s Ability
Passive: STATIC SHOCK
The enemy suffers 30 (+4 per level) (+0.18 AD) true damage per second and has their health regeneration reduced by 25% for 3 seconds every time Max deals damage to them.
Skill 1: BIONIC BLENDER
The enemy is dealt 300 (+0.9 AD) physical damage when Max rotates his mechanical arms around. His movement speed is increased by 10% (up to 30%) every time he strikes an enemy for four seconds.
Skill 2: SMOOTH MOVES
Max charges his target, flips over them, and lands on the other side. After crossing over, Max activates a magnetic force field that, for the next three seconds, reduces the damage Max takes by 15%. Within 4 seconds, you can use this power once more.
Skill 3: LIFTOFF
Max launches trackers that briefly affix to all enemy heroes. Allies can view enemy whereabouts and thwart enemy recall actions thanks to the trackers. Max can then choose an enemy to track and slam into by holding down the ability button while the trackers are active. By ramming into an opponent, you can knock them back and deal 700/950/1200 (+2.0 AD) physical damage to them. Max will have to fire the trackers once more if he chooses an enemy too slowly. Max produces a magnetic force field when he falls that lowers the damage he takes, boosts his resistance by 30%, and shocks any foes in the area. When Max is tracking an adversary, pressing the power once more will stop the attack, causing Max to land right away and activate.
