Quillen’s Abilities
Passive : Ambush
None of the assaults made in front of the enemy will be critical strikes, whereas attacks done from behind the enemy have a 100% chance to critically strike. Quillen’s critical damage has a base of 125% and increases by 5% for every 1% he gains. The maximum damage inflicted on non-heroes is set at 1,500.
Skill 1: Mutilate
Quillen launches two attacks that each cause physical damage of 175/200/225/250/275/300 (+0.55 [extra] AD] in the direction of the victim.
Skill 2: Decimate
As soon as he arrives at his location, Quillen assaults a nearby enemy, dealing 350/390/430/470/510/550 (+1.0 [extra] AD] physical damage and leaving a 10-second mark. The target’s movement speed is decreased by 50% for one second each time Quillen attacks it, and the cooldown for Decimate is shortened by one second. Additionally, Quillen receives 30% less damage from the marked target. At any given time, only one target can be designated.
Skill 3: Assassinate
After a brief charging period, Quillen enters stealth. He moves 40% faster and gets 100/150/200 (+0.25 [extra] AD) HP back every 0.5 seconds for three seconds while in stealth. He exits stealth when he attacks, dealing 150/175/200 attack damage to an opponent target while also gaining 30% movement speed for 1 second.Passive: When a hero is killed or an assist is successfully completed, all ability cooldowns are refreshed.
