Passive: SCATTERSHOT
The special bolts that Rourke’s crossbow fires cause an opponent hero to lose armor for 6 seconds upon contact, stacking up to 12 times. Only the middle two bolts have the ability to critically strike, delivering extra damage equal to attack damage multiplied by (0.5 + 0.4 x [bolts hit -1]).
Skill 1: CHARGED SHOT
Rourke’s movement speed is increased by 40% for 4 seconds, and his subsequent normal attack unleashes special bolts that deal 225 (+0.75 AD) physical damage each. If all four bolts strike the same enemy hero, it lowers the target’s movement speed.
Skill 2: BOLT
The target and all nearby foes take 180 (+0.7 AD) physical damage from Rourke’s dash forward, which also stuns and knocks them back. The cooldown of this ability is slashed by two seconds if he comes into contact with an opponent hero.
Skill 3: DETERMINATION
Rourke gains a shield that can take 1200 damage and removes any control effects on him. Rourke is immune to control effects while the shield is active, and 50% of the damage he deals is converted to additional shield value (20% for monsters and minions). Value of shield cannot be greater than 150% of its initial Additionally, Rourke gets 120 armor for 6 seconds and 50 attack damage.
