Passive : The Morning Star

When there are nearby ally heroes, Tel’Anna’s attack damage is raised by 8%.

Skill 1: Eagle Eye

Following the acquisition of this skill, Tel’Annas’ standard attacks slow the target’s movement by 6%. stacks five times.Tel’Annas’ range considerably expands and her attack speed increases for 3 seconds after using this ability, increasing by 30/32/34/36/38/40%. Additionally, she is endowed with dark power, which causes her standard attacks to deal 50/58/66/74/82/90 (+0.55 AD) magic damage (which can critically strike) and the equivalent amount of physical damage. Normal attacks while in effect add another stack of the movement speed slowing effect.

Skill 2: Penetrating Shot 

By simultaneously firing three arrows, Tel’Annas can deliver 275/335/395/455/515/575 (+0.6 AD) physical damage to targets in their path while also slowing them down by 40% for two seconds. For one second, every enemy hero hit boosts movement speed by 20%.

Skill 3: Arrow of Chaos

Soon after briefly charging. Tel’Annas fires an Arrow of Chaos that does 200/300/400 (+1 AD) physical damage after combining the abilities of Darkness and Morning Star. Physical damage up to 400/600/800 (+1.4 AD) is dealt to enemies farther away. The farther the enemy is from the arrow, the longer they will be stunned. Enemies along the arrow’s path are thrown back and stunned.
