Wisp’s Abilities
Passive: Ignite
Wisp releases all of her leftover bombs when her health reaches zero, delivering 400 (+65 per level) physical damage. Subsequent bombs inflict only 50% damage to an adversary if many bombs have already damaged it.
Skill 1: Loose Cannon
When Wisp enters barrage mode, she charges forward and begins to attack normally for five seconds. Each bomb deals 75/100/125/150/175/200 (+0.9 AD) physical damage to the target and nearby opponents. Additionally, when active, Wisp’s attack speed is increased by 10%.
Skill 2: Barrel Bomb
When the fuse is lit, Wisp releases a barrel bomb. The bomb slows foes’ mobility by 30% for 1 second and does 200/240/280/320/360/400 (+0.6 AD) physical damage to them as it travels along its course. When the bomb reaches its intended location or runs into a barrier, it detonates, causing 300/360/420/480/540/600 (+0.9 AD) physical damage to nearby opponents and stunning them for one second. The skill’s cooldown will be lowered by three seconds if an opposing hero is damaged. Buildings are subject to 60% damage.
Skill 3: Shock and Awe
The target area is bombarded by Wisp six times, each time delivering 200/275/350 (+0.5 AD) physical damage. Bombardment damage can critically hit and deals 50% more damage. The maximum duration of this ability, which must be channeled, is three seconds. This ability will be interrupted after 0.6 seconds if you move or use another one. Targets nearby will have their movement speed reduced by 20%.
