Zill leaves behind Marks of the Wind of their victims when they deliver damage. The adversary moves 80% more slowly for 0.5 seconds after three stacks. Each mark lasts for five seconds.
Skill 1: Wind Blade
Zill swings his scythes forward, slowing all enemies in his path by 50% for 1.5 seconds while dealing magic damage to them that varies from 200 to 240 to 280 to 360 to 400 (+0.4 AP). The scythes then fly back to Zill, doing 300/360/420/480/540/600 (+0.6 AP) magic damage to any enemies in their route.
Skill 2: Wind Shift
With a range of 260/300/340/380/420/460 (+0.45 AP), Zill blinks to the target location and deals magic damage to nearby enemies.
Skill 3: Tornado
Zill changes into a tornado for 1.5 seconds, striking nearby enemies five times while dealing 300/550/800 (+0.5 AP) magic damage to each one. Additional hits to a target deal only 40% damage after the initial hit. Zill is impervious to attacks while in tornado shape.
