Elsu’s Abilities

Passive: Stalk

Elsu’s standard attacks cause physical damage (+1.8 AD), but they can no longer be critical hits and the time between them increases. Elsu receives three attack damage for every 1% increase in critical chance. Elsu may hide near barriers when not engaged in combat and, depending on his level, his movement speed increases from 16% to 30%.

Skill 1: Sentinel

In order to see anything within 600 to 1000 units (depending on his level) from the device, Elsu places a device on his feet. Up to 3 devices may be kept in reserve and up to 3 may be placed on the map, with one device being placed every 50 seconds. Each device has a 300-second lifespan but loses its potency if it is taken by an opposing hero. Within the range of the device, individuals hit take additional damage from Elsu’s regular attacks and abilities.

Elsu can accumulate up to 5 stacks of ambush when immobile, adding one stack per second. 7% more armor piercing is added with each stack. When Elsu moves, this effect is nullified.

Skill 2: Snipe

Elsu prepares his shot, takes aim, and releases it, delivering 1050 (+2.5 Bonus AD) physical damage while slowing the target’s mobility. It takes two seconds to aim, but if the shot is released too soon, it can shoot incorrectly. Up to 3 stored charges (influenced by cooldown) are generated by the ability every 16 seconds.

Skill 3: Disengage

Elsu lunges backward while firing, delivering 500 (+1.68 AD) physical damage and slowing the target’s movement by 50% for two seconds. Elsu gains 30% movement speed for two seconds after landing, however this benefit is negated when he makes a normal attack or performs an ability.
