Skill 1: Chilling Frost
Frost is Diao Chan’s primary attack type. It does 400/490/580/670/760/850 (+0.75 AP) magic damage to nearby foes while also slowing their movement by 50% for two seconds. Additionally, she marks targets for 6 seconds. Marked targets are rooted for one second when struck by Chilling Frost once more.
Skill 2: Diamond Dust
After a brief delay, Diao Chan stops opponents for 2.5 seconds in the target area and deals 288/324/360/396/432/468 (+0.7 AP) magic damage. Diamond Dust has two charges, however if a target is hit twice in a span of five seconds, the second charge will only freeze them for 0.75 seconds. Enemies that are frozen suffer more damage.
Skill 3: Blizzard
