Mirinae, Teardrop of the Starweaver Mechanics
Offers a 15% chance on hit to deal 3,000% Holy damage to an adjacent foe and restore 3% of your maximum life. This Gem may be leveled all the way up to 150. Up to a maximum of 12,000% overall, each upgrade will raise the Holy damage by an additional 60% of weapon damage.
Additionally, every three seconds, the rank 25 effect hits adjacent foes individually. Proc coefficients of the used skill further diminish the initial 15% probability to smite. When it procs, it strikes a random adversary in a 25-yard radius without being triggered by your pet’s attacks.

Never used in a real build: Sadly, this gem is currently far too weak and has no useful applications.

To obtain more Legendary Gems for leveling up, eliminate all Legendary Gems of the same name from your Equipment, Inventory, and Stash. This will cause the Rift Guardian in any Greater Rift to drop a new Rank 0 Gem.
