Boyarsky’s Chip Mechanics
Your character now has 16,000 more Thorns damage. This legendary gem may be leveled up to rank 150. This boost will rise by 800 more with each upgrade, for a total bonus of up to 136,000 Thorns damage. The first enemy to hit you with a main skill will be taunted to attack you for two seconds by the secondary effect.
The massive number of Thorns this Gem has in comparison greatly lessens the significance of Thorns rolls on your equipment. Thorns builds are often easier to gear as a result of this. For most builds, the secondary taunt effect is a bit bothersome because it gradually gives monsters resistance to crowd control.
Boyarsky’s Chip Best Use
Required for builds involving Thorns, but ineffective elsewhere: Fantastic for any build including Thorns, such as the Akkhan Invoker Bombardment Crusader.
