Gem of Ease Mechanics
The Weapon slot is only occupied by one legendary legendary gem, which is this one! You gain 500 more experience points for eliminating each monster. This Gem may be leveled all the way up to 150. Up to 8,000 total experience points can be earned by a monster with each upgrade, increasing experience points by 50. This effect does not scale with Greater Rift levels, although it does with Torment difficulty.

Gem of Ease Best Use
For leveling only: Because the experience bonus is shared by the entire party, this gem is quite helpful for leveling up new characters or boosting friends. It also has a rank 25 impact. The Work of Cathan Kanai’s Cube recipe also includes this gem, enabling low level characters to equip high level goods even more.
However, as this bonus experience does not scale with the Greater Rift experience multiplier, it is meaningless for Paragon leveling.
Legendary Gem in Diablo 3
Legendary Gem Creation:
To obtain more Legendary Gems for leveling up, eliminate all Legendary Gems of the same name from your Equipment, Inventory, and Stash. This will cause the Rift Guardian in any Greater Rift to drop a new Rank 0 Gem.
Placing them in a different character’s inventory is the safest way to do that.
