Every opponent that Veera’s abilities strike receives a Come Hither stack. Up to three stacks, each reducing an enemy’s magic defense by 30-72 points (scales with hero level). After a kill or an assist, all skills’ current cooldowns are decreased by 25% of their maximum possible duration.

Veera conjures a Hell Bat that soars forward and hits targets for 575/625/625/725/725/825 (+1.15 AP) magic damage.
Skill 2: Mesmerize
Veera blows a kiss at an enemy, stunning the target for 1.5 seconds and delivering 285/320/355/390/425/460 (+0.7 AP) magic damage.
Skill 3: Inferno Bats
