Tulen‘s Ability
Passive: THUNDERCLAP
Every time Tulen uses one of his abilities to damage an enemy, he receives 1 charge for Thunderclap. He summons five lightning bolts, each of which fires in succession in the direction of a nearby enemy while giving heroes priority. Lightning strikes do 320 (+0.525 AP) magic damage per strike. Within a second, if more than one lightning bolt strikes the same victim, the subsequent bolts’ damage will be 20% less. Monsters can only be struck by lightning if they are actively displaying hostility.
Skill 1: ION BLASTS
Three ion blasts are fired by Tulen, each of which does 450/510/570/630/690/750 (+0.78 AP) magic damage to foes in its path. Each additional blast that is fired at an enemy causes 30% greater damage. One Thunderclap charge is added for every enemy prism that hits them (one charge per blast).
Skill 2: LIGHTNING STRIKE
Tulen zaps a short distance with his lightning abilities, harming foes both at the source and the target. Enemies in the origin and destination zones will take magic damage in the amounts of 350/420/490/560/630/700 (+0.52 AP). Both the origin and destination zones will deal 50% more damage to enemies on the second strike. When an enemy is struck by Lightning Strike twice in a span of five seconds, their movement speed is decreased by 90% for the next three seconds and then steadily decreases. Tulen gains 1 charge of Thunderclap for each enemy he teleports into range of and strikes.
Skill 3: THUNDERBIRD
Tulen charges up and fires a Thunderbird at an adversary, causing magic damage to the target in the range of 360/450/540 (+0.54 AP) (+30% of the opponent’s lost HP) and granting Tulen one charge of Thunderclap. By being in the way, an opposing hero can obstruct the Thunderbird. Tulen’s passive will be activated instantly and Thunderbird’s cooldown will be decreased by 80% if the Thunderbird kills an opponent hero. The Thunderbird can knock an enemy minion into the air and deal magic damage if it hits one while traveling to its intended target.
