Passive: WHISPERWIND
Annette can have up to 15 stacks of Seal of the Wind when a hero nearby uses an ability. At 10 stacks, the seals will be consumed to restore 275 (+0.3 AP) (+25 each level) HP to all nearby allies whenever Annette or a close ally drops below 70% HP. Only one trigger every five seconds is permitted for this.
Skill 1: GUST FORCE
At the designated spot, Annette conjures a whirlwind that for two seconds does magic damage at a rate of 55/64/73/82/91/100 (+0.15 AP) damage per 0.25 seconds. Every two hits results in a 33% boost in damage. The movement speed of enemies caught in the middle of the whirlwind is decreased by 50% for 0.25 seconds and they suffer additional magic damage equal to 2% of their maximum health up to 4 times.
Skill 2: WIND CUFFS
Fires a wind orb that, when it hits a target, does 250/280/310/340/370/400 (+0.3 AP) magic damage and slows enemy movement by 50%. In order to pull both targets in and deal an additional 300/360/420/480/540/600 (+0.5 AP) magic damage, the orb continues to move forward and strikes a second target. For one second, the targets are likewise stunned.
Skill 3: HURRICANE WALL
As she races toward the desired place, Annette calls forth a hurricane. Enemy heroes nearby are thrown back and deal 400/600/800 (+0.5 AP) magic damage.
