Zei’s Stone of Vengeance Mechanics
Enhances damage by 4% multiplicatively for each ten yards that separates the player from the opponent hit (pet damage is also dependent on the player-monster distance). 20% maximum at fifty yards. This Gem may be leveled all the way up to 150. Up to a maximum of 80% in total damage, each upgrade will raise the damage by an additional 0.08% every stack.
The initial damage bonus is applicable when you are directly on top of the monster, despite the misleading tooltip. This implies that at 40 yards, the maximum damage boost of 80% at rank 150 has already been attained. At 10, 20, 30, and 40 yards, the damage increases in increments of 10 yards; that is, there is no further damage rise at 4 or 5 yards, etc.
When you hit an adversary, there is a 20% chance that the secondary effect will stun them for one second. The proc coefficient of the skill has an impact on this probability.
