Best Mage in Smite for beginners 2024 are: Freya, Olorun, Morgan Le Fay, Eset, Hera, Poseidon… These champions are currently extremely strong. If you can pick, you’ll have somewhat of a head-start in the game.
Top 6: Freya
Freya is a mage God has high damage, pretty good farming ability, good crowd control and good escapability. So, I suggest you should use Freya Mid.
Use Pulse (Skill 2) to clearing waves of minions or monsters in jungle.
Valkyrie’s Discretion (Skill 4) will help you escaping CC or damage.
Top 5: Olorun
Olorun is a mage God has crit mage, good waveclear, versatile kit, good poke and strong late game. So, I suggest you should use Olorun mid, jungle.
Don’t be afraid to use Consecration (skill 3) to heal yourself and your teammates because he has good mana retention.
Early game: Olorun is weak in damage but good at supporting and protecting teammates.
Mid game: You can gank and annoy the enemy team, force fights in mid and duo lane.
Late-game: Use Sanctified Field (skill 4) during important fights on targets or assisting your teammates in retreat.
Top 4: Morgan Le Fay
Morgan Le Fay is a mage God has high damage, good waveclear and great crowd control. So, I suggest you should use Morgan Le Fay solo, jungle.
Passive (Empowered Blade) will reduces the cooldown of ultimate by 10 seconds and at level 20, it gives an extra 100 ability power.
