- Chance to drop Legendary Item(s).
- Chance to drop Set Items in Hell 1+.
- After The Countess is vanquished, five Bonus Treasure Chests will appear in the center of the space.
How To Defeat The The Countess in Diablo Immortal?

| Charged Slash: Raises her sword, charges it, and then swings it widely, dealing a lot of AoE damage. | The Countess will swing her sword in the direction indicated by a red cone on the ground, so keep an eye out for it. Before she swings her sword, you should have two to three seconds to get out of the way. |
| Bloodsworn Summons: Flying into the skies, the Countess calls upon her nine Bloodsworn Enemies to fight with her. | Take out every Bloodsworn enemy by gathering them all together and dispatching them fast with a powerful AoE assault. |
