Gadgets are unlocked when Shelly reaches Power Level 7. Gadgets can be purchased for 1000 Coins (or a combination of Gems and Coins).
Gears
Prioritize: Speed > Damage > Shield > Health > Vision.
Note:
Speed Gear: When hiding under a bush, brawlers equipped with this gear will move 20% faster. Once the Brawler exits a bush, this effect will end.
Health Gear: Brawlers equipped with this Gear will regenerate 19.5% of their maximum health per second, cutting down on the amount of time it takes for them to recover naturally.
Damage Gear: When a brawler’s health is less than 50% of their maximum, they will do 15% extra damage.
Vision Gear: After damaging adversaries with their attack, gadget, or star power, brawlers equipped with this gear can see them for 2 seconds in a bush.
Shield Gear: Gain 600 more health as a regenerative shield. When at full health, the shield regenerates in 10 seconds.

Tips and Tricks
Maps with lots of shrubs and walls work well with Shelly. When attacking long-ranged brawlers like Colt or Rico, take use of the walls.
Shelly is capable of chaining her Super.
In Brawl Ball, Shelly performs averagely well. She can knock down barriers preventing the adversary from scoring and make it simpler for your team to score.
Other Brawlers’ Supers can be interrupted by Shelly’s Super since it knocks them back.
With her Super, Shelly is a fantastic counter to heavyweights. Heavyweights can’t defend themselves because Shelly can stun-lock and chain Supers on them.
She can slow down Brawlers who are trying to flee using her Shell Shock Star Power, allowing her and/or her friends to catch up and defeat them.
