Josie Gameplay
Due to the fact that Josie is a very quick and nimble character with a high overall damage output, she is a very easy character to learn and play, especially for new players. She cannot perform a back handspring, unlike the majority of the female characters in the series, so it is advised to back dash cancel if you want to give yourself some breathing room while being pressured by your opponent during the fight.
Josie plays very much like Bruce, sharing some of his strengths while adding some of her own. She also takes away one of Bruce’s weaknesses, specifically the absence of a middle attack that hits the ground, therefore giving her an advantage over Bruce in the ground game. Given these similarities, Josie is the character in Tekken 7 who, for Bruce fans who have played the game prior to his absence, most closely resembles Bruce.
