Ability

THORNY BLOOM

Fleur summons an immobile thorny bloom to a target location, dealing fatal damage to nearby enemies for 20 seconds before disappearing. Cooldown is not affected by cooldown reduction gear. Plants take 250% damage from towers and deal one-off damage when spawning.

LOVELY BLOOM

Fleur summons an immobile lovely bloom to a target location, dealing slight damage to nearby enemies but reducing target movement speed by 30% for 2 seconds. Plant lingers for 20 seconds. Cooldown is not affected by cooldown reduction items. Plants take 250% damage from towers and deal slight one-off damage when spawning as well as causing Root. Enemy targets may only be rooted a maximum of once every 5 seconds.

FLOWER GARDEN

Place a Flower Garden on a target point that deals magical damage to nearby enemy units and entangles them for 1 second. When placed, the garden sprouts 3 flowers to attack enemy units immediately. Each flower present grants a bonus to the Spell Power of Fleur.

GARDENER

PASSIVE: Thorny Blooms and Lovely Blooms restore Mana for Fleur. ACTIVE: blinks a short distance to another location. If a flower is present at blink destination, cooldown is reduced while triggering one-off damage and slowing movement for nearby enemies. Each flower may trigger effect once every 5 seconds.
