Ability
Passive: Silent Tornado
With her Heaven Fan, Fay creates a whirlwind that attacks adversaries with magic damage and imbues them with control.
The knock-back effect is at its strongest just after the tornado forms, and it slows foes by 30% for 1 second. As the tornado moves ahead, the knock-back impact progressively fades, but the slow effect can increase to 50% for 1 second.

Skill 1: Eye of Hurricane
Fay places a hurricane’s eye at the desired location to provide vision. It will go invisible if it isn’t activated in 1 second. It slows down an approaching adversary by 55% then, after 0.8 seconds, explodes to generate a cyclone. Enemy units within range of the hurricane will get magic damage and be knocked back. Such an eye or eyes may occur in pairs.
- Damage Triggered: 120(+0)/190/260/330.
- Knock-up Duration: 0.8s.
- Cooldown: 5s.

Skill 2: Heaven Fan
Passive: Fay gains a set Attack Speed, and magic damage is added to her basic attacks. A bonus of one attack speed point (or points) is transformed into 0.6 magic power.
Active: The fan power is unleashed by Fay, who gains the Puncture effect and ignores foes’ dodge while increasing the damage of her basic strikes (an additional 50% effect on enemy heroes). Heaven Fan gains up to 2 Energy points every 5 seconds (cooldown decrease is unaffected). The charge time of this ability is decreased by 1s for each successful hit with an upgraded basic attack against an opposing hero.

Ultimate: Wind Stride
For 3.5s, Fay’s Movement Speed is increased, and she also receives 1 Fan Energy right away. Nearby allies receive a benefit to Movement Speed that is half. The benefits of Wind Stride on herself are renewed after taking part in a kill.
