How to play Specter Tenebria ?
Both in PvE and PvP, Specter Tenebria is incredibly viable.
She is helpful in PvE raids because she can no longer be single-targeted attacks unless she is the final person standing.
She could be susceptible to AoE attacks in PvP, but you can reduce that risk by utilizing healers.
When someone dies, whether an ally or an adversary, she receives bonus attack damage (up to 50%). Due to the bonus carrying over and not reseting, this works in Raid.
