Zap Dose: Dr. Mundo gives himself a “medication” injection, which gives him 20% of his maximum health back and gives him energy for six seconds. He deals magic damage to an enemy that happens to be nearby at random and restores an extra percentage of his maximum Health during the period of being invigorated. Dr. Mundo ends the spell with a burst of electricity that does magic damage to every enemy within two hexes equal to a percent of his current Health.
