Passive: Phantasmal
Every 13 seconds, Cliodhna has the ability to walk through walls. She has free movement and some power while inside a wall. She loses 0.12% of her health every 0.4 seconds, with the intensity stacking up to 40 times. If she has less than 25% health or is crippled, she cannot enter a wall. She obtains 10% Physical Ability Lifesteal for 5 seconds after leaving.
Skill 1: Banshee’s Wail
Cliodhna screams at the foes in front of her, striking them three times, the last strike being the most damaging. Enemies will also be silenced and rendered deaf for 1.5 seconds after the final impact. Cliodhna is immune to knockups when she is channeling this scream. Cliodhna will induce a spectral face to materialize inside a wall and scream in her place while doing damage to a broader cone of enemy gods.
Skill 2: Flickering Visions
Cliodhna unleashes an energy bolt that distorts and explodes when it comes in contact with a living soul. This explosion renders enemy gods it unable to perceive Cliodhna for four seconds. When attacked or struck, Cliodhna briefly reappears in view before fading away again. Cliodhna receives a Movement Speed Buff while one opponent god has a buff removed from him.
Skill 3: Lurching Claw
Cliodhna charges forward, striking down foes as she goes. She will release a claw swipe that delivers significant damage if she cancels this dash at maximum range, reactivates the ability, or both. Cliodhna has the ability to cast this when enclosed by a wall, which causes the dash to move farther.
Ultimate: Tearing The Veil
The line separating life and death is torn by Cliodhna. Targets in a line are dealt rift damage when the rift initially opens, which also slows them. The damage dealt to enemies by consecutive hits is reduced by 40%, stacking up to 80%. This power has two charges. Simple strikes have the power to destroy rifts. While enclosed by a wall, Cliodhna is able to employ this power. When utilized in this manner, the veil is only partially broken; rather, it breaks when a target approaches too closely. There can be three active rifts on Cliodhna.
