Roxie’s Abilities

Passive: Fire Spirit

Roxie receives one ability power for every 40 of her maximum HP. Her mana is replenished by 8% after every third regular strike, and Agnie leaves a mark on the target that lasts for 5 seconds.

Skill 1: Wild Fire

While using mana, Roxie’s boots are imbued with the spirit of fire, and as she walks, flames flare up beneath her feet. Every 0.5 seconds, each flame deals 20/26/32/38/44/50 (+0.16 AP) magic damage to adjacent targets for 2.5 seconds. This damage stacks up to three times. Agnie can mark an enemy, which restores Roxie’s health by 1% of her lost HP (or 2% if the target is an enemy hero), however this effect does not stack.Within 2.5 seconds of activation, damage and healing are both doubled.

Skill 2: Blazing Shield

Roxie receives 25% movement speed and a flame barrier that lasts for three seconds and can withstand 150/200/250/300/350/400 (+6% of her maximum HP) damage.
Enemies who come into contact with Roxie when her shield is up have their movement speed slowed by 50% for two seconds.

Skill 3: Agnie’s Grasp

Agnie extends its arm, touches the first target it touches, marks it, and drags the target along with Roxie for 1.5 to 2.5 seconds (the closer it is, the longer the time). Blazing Shield and Wild Fire’s cooldowns are immediately reset.

The target avoids obstacles and is unaffected by other control effects while being dragged. The target also sustains magic damage worth up to 300 damage in the amounts of 40/60/80 + (+4/5/6% of target’s current HP).
