Passive : Punch Line
The Joker reloads his rifle with upgraded rounds after finishing a fight so that his subsequent standard attack has a wider attack range and deals 200((+1.0 AD)*(SG Note: See Below) physical damage. Additionally, the improved bullets drastically slow down targets’ mobility over a period of 1.5 seconds and by 90%.
Skill 1: the Killing Joke
The Joker fires a strong rocket from a cannon that deals 365/475/585/695/805/915 (+1.8 AD) physical damage to all foes in its path. However, the damage is reduced by 10% for each additional enemy hit, up to a maximum of 40%.
Skill 2: Pick a card, any card
The Joker gains 30/36/42/48/54/60% movement speed and 2 seconds of immunity to physical damage thanks to deceitful magic, which also removes movement-impairing effects off him.
Skill 3: Canned Laughter
The Joker charges the target and ties a canister of laughing gas to them, temporarily rendering them unconscious. While doing the activity, he is impervious to control powers. The canister then detonates, causing 530/715/900 (+2.4 AD) physical damage and 90% movement speed reduction to the victim. Over the course of 1.5 seconds, the movement restriction effect gradually wanes, and the Joker ambles back to his original position.
