Tempest’s Abilities Q – GLACIAL BLASTS
Every two seconds, Tempest sends ice winds to a chosen adversary, freezing it. The target takes damage and is briefly stunned when chilled.
W – ELEMENTAL
Tempest sacrifices a target unit and draws the essence of that unit out of it. Tempest generates elementals under his command using these components.
E – METEOR
Tempest, who is attuned to all things natural and cosmic, arrives in a location with a meteor that burns down trees and ignites a target area, inflicting damage over time on nearby units.
R – ELEMENTAL VOID
In order to draw all enemy units toward the target area, Tempest uses his control over the elements to create an abnormally low pressure system. As a result, furious winds disable the affected units and deal Magic Damage over time.
