Target takes direct damage (Damage Factor 900). If the target is less than 50% enraged, the effect lasts for two seconds and reduces the target’s health and defense by 10%.
Annexation (Passive Skill)
This commander’s troops see a 3% increase in attack and a 3% increase in defense. Outside of alliance territory, damage taken from all sources is diminished by two percent.
The Siege of Vienna (Passive Skill)
When attacking cities or strongholds, attacks have a 10% chance of lowering the target troops’ normal attack damage by 5% and their skill damage by 5% for three seconds. Recover time: 5 seconds.
Janissary (Passive Skill)
This commander’s troops deliver 1% more damage on normal attacks. Troops that take skill damage additionally gain 20% more skill damage for three seconds if at least two different types of units are present. Recover time: 5 seconds.
Master of Europe Expertise
Normal assaults by troops under this commander’s command do increased skill damage to the target (Damage Factor 200) but provide the target 50 extra Rage when the commander’s Rage level is over 70%.
