How to get Star Power for Sam ?
Star Power are unlocked when Sam reaches Power Level 9. You can be purchased for 2000 Coins (or a combination of Gems and Coins).

While the Knuckle Busters are on the ground, Sam can activate them to pull in nearby enemies.

Gadgets are unlocked when Sam reaches Power Level 7. Gadgets can be purchased for 1000 Coins (or a combination of Gems and Coins).

Note:
Speed Gear: When hiding under a bush, brawlers equipped with this gear will move 20% faster. Once the Brawler exits a bush, this effect will end.
Health Gear: Brawlers equipped with this Gear will regenerate 19.5% of their maximum health per second, cutting down on the amount of time it takes for them to recover naturally.
Damage Gear: When a brawler’s health is less than 50% of their maximum, they will do 15% extra damage.
Vision Gear: After damaging adversaries with their attack, gadget, or star power, brawlers equipped with this gear can see them for 2 seconds in a bush.
Shield Gear: Gain 600 more health as a regenerative shield. When at full health, the shield regenerates in 10 seconds.
