Can be used in
Perfect Diamond can be inserted in any socketed equipment.
- The base armor type of normal set armor can be upgraded to its exceptional variant by transmuting a normal set armor, a Tal rune, a Shael rune, and a Perfect Diamond.
- The base weapon type of an exceptional set armor can be upgraded to its elite variant by transmuting it along with a Perfect Diamond, Ko, Lem, and exceptional set armor.

How to upgrade
- You can upgrade Perfect Diamond by using a Gem Shrine or by using the Horadric Cube. Gems can be upgraded to higher quality gems by using the Horadric Cube. After inserting three Gems of the same kind into the Horadric Cube, press the Transmute button.
